7½ oz crab meat
1 c finely chopped celery
2 T grated onion
2 T chopped green pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1 c mayonnaise
½ c bread crumbs
½ c shredded Cheddar
¼ t salt
1 T lemon juice
Unbaked pie shell
1. Combine crab meat, celery, salt, onion, green pepper, mayonnaise, lemon juice, eggs and all but 2 tablespoons bread crumbs; Mix lightly.
2. Turn into unbaked pie shell, sprinkle with reserved crumbs and Cheddar cheese.
3. Bake 25 minutes in a 350 degrees, or until firm and brown. Should be golden brown and fluffy.
