1 can (7 to 8 ounces) crab meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup, (98% reduced fat)
1/2 c seasoned stuffing crumbs
1/2 c chopped green bell pepper
1/2 c chopped celery
1/2 c mayonnaise
Tabasco sauce, to taste
Old Bay or Cajun seasoning, to taste
1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
2. Pour into a lightly greased 1 to 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
3. Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
