1-29 oz can pumpkin puree
1 1/4 c firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c honey
juice of 1 lemon (3T)
1 T cider vinegar
3/4 t apple pie or pumpkin pie spice
1. Spray crock pot with Pam.
2. Pour all ingredients & mix well.
3. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into crock pot.
4. Cook, covered on high for 2 hours. Remove lid & cook on high 30 min - 1 hour longer.
