Ingredients

2 1/2 c crushed pineapple, well drained
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c half and half (I’ve also used 2 percent milk in a pinch and it still tasted delicious!)
6 – 8 slices of white bread, cubed (I prefer 8 slices so it’s a little more solid, but the recipe calls for 6)
1/2 c butter, melted
Cinnamon (to taste)
Nutmeg (to taste)

Cooking Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix first five ingredients together and pour into an 8×8 cooking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
3. Pour melted butter over the top.
4. Bake for 45 – 60 minutes.
