2 quarts (8 c) water
8 bags of black tea
1/2 - 3/4 c sugar (depending on how sweet you like it)
16 whole cloves
16 whole cardamon seeds, pods removed (optional)
5 cinnamon sticks
8 slices fresh ginger
1 c milk
1. Combine 1st 7 ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on high for 2 - 2.5 hours.
2. Strain mixture and discard solids. (May be refrigerated for up to 3 days at this stage.)
3. Stir in milk just before serving. Serve warm or chilled.
