1-8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 c sour cream
1/2 c crumbled bleu cheese
1/2 c Buffalo hot sauce ( I use Frank's)
1-8oz pkg Louis Kemp Imitation Crab Delights, flake style & coarely chopped
s&p to taste
chopped celery & leaves
baguette bread slices, crackers
1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
2. In large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, bleu cheese & hot sauce. Stir in crab. Season with s&p.
3. Transfer to 7x11 casserole dish.
4. Bake about 20-25 minutes until heated through.
5. Sprinkle with chopped celery and celery leaves and serve with bread or crackers.
