Ingredients

1. Huli Huli Marinade:
1 c packed brown sugar
3/4 c ketchup
3/4 c low sodium soy sauce
1/3 c sherry or chicken broth
2.5 t minced fresh ginger
1.5 t minced garlic

2. Northwoods Marinade:
6 T maple syrup
6 T balsamic vinegar
3/4 t salt
3/4 t pepper

3. Honey-Garlic Marinade:
1/4 c lemon juice
1/4 c honey
2 T soy sauce
2 minced garlic cloves

4. Orange Space Marinade:
1/2 c thawed orange juice concentrate
1/4 c honey
1/4 c soy sauce
1 t Chinese five-spice powder
1/2 t garlic powder

5. Ranch Marinade:
2 c sour cream
1 envelope of dry ranch dressing mix (3 T)
4 t lemon juice
4 t Worcestershire sauce
2 t celery salt
2 t paprika
1 t garlic salt
1 t pepper

6. Heavenly Greek Marinade:
1/3 c lemon juice
2 T evoo
4 t grated lemon zest
2 minced garlic cloves
1 t dried oregano
1/4 t salt
3/4 t pepper

7. Southwest Chili Marinade
2 T evoo
1 T chili powder
1 tsp garlic salt
1 t ground coriander
1 t dried oregano
1/2 t ground cumin
1/2 t pepper

Balsamic Mustard Marinade:
1 1/4 c balsamic vinegrette
4 t ground mustard
2 1/4 t Worcestershire sauce
2 minced garlic cloves

9. Ginger - Peach Marinade
1/4 c peach preserves
1 T lemon juice
1 T finely chopped crystallized ginger
2 t grated lemon zest
1/8 t ground cloves

Tangy Barbecue Marinade:
1 c barbecue sauce
1/2 c burgundy wine or beef broth
1/4 c lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

1. Mix ingredients for marinade of choice.

2. Match the marinade
beef - 8 hrs, or overnight
pork - 6 hrs
chicken - 4 hrs
fruit - 1 hr
seafood - 30 minutes
