1/2 - lb pork tenderloin, cut into four thin slices and pounded until 1/4 in thickness.
2 T seasoned bread crumbs
1 T Parmesan cheese
1/4 t salt
dash of pepper
1/4 c sliced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan, salt and pepper.
2. Add pork, one at a time to coat.
3. Heat oil in large skillet and cook pork until no longer pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove chops from pan and keep warm
4. Add onion to pan and stir until tender.
