Ingredients

3-4lbs ground beef
1 lg onion, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
3T chili powder
2 t cumin
1 T salt
2 t pepper
2 T sugar
1 t celery salt
1-2 T minced fresh garlic
1/2 t garlic powder
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 can petite chopped tomatoes, with juice
1 small can tomato sauce
1 can cannelllni beans

Cooking Instructions

1. In large pot, cook ground beef unti no longer pink. Drain, reserving a couple of Tablespoons to sauté with.
2. In same pot, sauté celery and onion until translucent. Add minced garlic and sauté on low. Cook and Continue to stir to prevent burning until veggies are soft.
3. Add cooked beef to pot.
4. Add remaining seasonings and mix well.
5. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce; Gently stir in beans.
6. Simmer on low for about 5 more minutes. If too thick for your liking, add a little beef broth.
7. Serve with desired toppings: shredded cheese, chopped onion, cilantro, jalapeños, sour cream & tortilla orn
